DeepNetwork Server Rules

General Rules - In Game, Forums, and Discord
DDoS & Attacks - Any form of attacks against DeepNetwork and any user that is apart of DeepNetwork is not allowed. [60 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Doxing - Obtaining any personal information of any user and posting it without their consent is not allowed. [45 Day IP Ban - Permanent Ban]
Abusing Alternate Accounts - Having more than 4 accounts online at one time is not allowed - unless given approval. You may have up to 4 accounts registered on the server. If you have another user that is using the same network/ IP as you, their account(s) will be included in this limit. [Warning + Partial Eco Reset on all accounts - 30 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban - All Levels of punishment will include a partial to complete Eco reset on all that users accounts]
Threats - Goes in line with the DDoS & Attacks rule. Threats to DoS/DDoS, Blackmail, or hack any user on DeepNetwork is not allowed. [45 day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Ban/Mute Evasion - Logging in on another account while an account under your IP is banned or muted is not allowed. This also includes command spam to fill up another users chat and /mail. [IP Ban/Mute for double the original punishment duration for your alternate accounts]
Accounts - Do NOT sell or trade Minecraft accounts on any platform related to DeepNetwork [Permanent IP Ban to all parties involved]
Server Store/Marketplace - Selling in game items or any perks to other players for real life money, currency, items, etc is not allowed. [Permanent IP Ban for all users involved]
Scamming - No scamming other players. Do not try to sell something to someone by making them pay first and not give the item, or vice versa. [3 Day IP Ban - 7 Day IP Ban - 30 Day IP Ban - further action used as necessary]
Failure to follow Staff Directions - Failure to follow directions given by any staff member, whether they are a Helper, Developer, Owner, etc. is not allowed. [5 Day IP Ban - 10 Day IP Ban - 60 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Asking for Staff Assistance - You are not to demand, order, or make any staff member do anything. [Warning - 3 Day Mute - 7 Day Mute - 14 Day IP Ban]
Discussing Offensive Topics - Do not discuss any topics that could offend anyone. This includes Racial, Homophobic Slurs, Sexual Content, and Nazi References (including Nazi Flags). [14 Day Mute - 7 Day IP Ban - 30 Day IP Ban]
Impersonation - Do not impersonate staff, or any ranked players. This includes with /nick. You are not to have any prefix in your nickname that can be seen as impersonation. If you have a question regarding having a prefix u want in your nickname, ask any staff member. [7 Day IP Ban - 30 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Disrespecting Staff - Disrespecting Staff Members in any way shape and form (insulting, cussing (indirectly or directly) and related)) is not allowed. [Warning - 7 Day Mute - 7 Day IP Ban - 21 Day IP Ban - 60 Day IP Ban]
Charging Back - Filing a refund/chargeback on the Server Store after buying a rank/item from the store is not allowed. [Instant 120 Day IP Ban + 120 Day Ban from server store]
Disrespecting Server - Do not Disrespect DeepNetwork in any way, shape and form. [14 Day Mute - 21 Day IP Ban - 90 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Requests - Do not request to become Staff, Ranked, Free Donor Ranks, etc. [3 Day Mute - 5 Day IP Ban - 14 Day IP Ban - 30 Day IP Ban]
Trolling/Wasting Time - Do not waste time of any staff member. [3 Day IP Ban - 10 Day IP Ban - 45 Day IP Ban]
Inappropriate Content - No Inappropriate Images, links, websites, etc. Keep it PG. [3 Day Mute - 7 Day IP Ban - 30 Day IP Ban]
Soliciting/Begging - Spamming/Asking users for things such as cash, items, properties, etc is not allowed. [Warning - 5 Day Mute]
Light Advertising - Saying the name of any other server outside the DeepNetwork Servers is not allowed. [30 Day Mute - 45 Day IP Ban - 90 Day IP Ban]
Advertising - Advertising Other Servers and services unrelated to DeepNetwork is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to Indirect and Direct Advertising, quoting or repeating, etc. [30 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Chat Rules
General Nuisance - Do not spam and/or bypass any filters. [Warning - 1 Day Mute - 7 Day Mute - 7 Day IP Ban]
Language - Speaking any other language than English in main chats is not allowed. [Warning - 6 Hour Mute - 2 Day Mute - 1 Day IP Ban]
Caps Limits - No more than 10 Capital letters in a single message. [Warning - 8 Hour Mute - 7 Day Mute - 1 Day IP Ban]
Harassment - Do not harass anyone, it can be offensive, this includes private messages as well as /mail. KEEP CHATS PG! [3 Day Mute - 5 Day IP Ban - 15 Day IP Ban -30 Day IP Ban]
Cursing - No using swear words. KEEP CHAT PG! [Warning - 3 Day Mute - 5 Day IP Ban]
Spamming - No spamming chats! [Warning - 12 Hour Mute - 2 Day Mute]
Gameplay Rules
Abusing Bugs/Glitches - Do not exploit Bugs and Glitches, no use of NBT Tags. You are to file a bug report on the forums under "Bug Reports". Failure to do so will result in a [60 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban]
Grief - There will be no form of griefing in any of the cities/city worlds. It can include but is not limited to: Tearing down houses in survival, stealing and breaking into houses you are added to, etc. [30 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban] (DeepCities SERVER ONLY)
Game Modifications - Hacked Clients, etc are not allowed. Check under Guides section on the Forums for a list of allowed game modifications. [30 Day IP Ban]
Hacking - No hacked clients. [30 Day IP Ban]
Harassing New Players - Constantly Killing, or harassing new players is not allowed. if they don't cause harm to you, you don't need to harm them. [3 Day IP Ban - 7 Day IP Ban]
Duplicating/Automining/Auto Farming/Lag Machines - NOT ALLOWED. ANY form of automatic farms besides the Slimefun Androids is allowed. (Slimefun DUST FARMS ALLOWED) This Includes Lag Machines, Autofarming, Mining, and Duplicating items [Full Economy Reset + 7 Day IP Ban]
Teleport Killing - Killing users right after teleporting to them is not allowed. This includes asking the user to teleport just so you can kill them. [5 Day IP Ban - 15 Day IP Ban]
Teleport Trapping - Any form of trapping players that you /tpahere or they /tpa to you is not allowed. [3 Day IP Ban]
Money Transferring to Rank Up - There will be no giving people money to help them get to higher ranks. [Full Economy Reset on all parties involved + 3 Day IP Ban]
PvP While Flying/Being Invis in PvP - Do NOT fly while in PvP, nor use Invis. ALSO if you are wanted by the Police, you ARE NOT to use fly to escape them. Any Unfair advantage you use, the police team can use as well against you. [2 Day IP Ban - 6 Day IP Ban - Flying Permissions Removed + 14 Day IP Ban]
Bypassing the AFK Kick - No macros, AFK Pools, etc to bypass the AFK Kick is allowed. [7 Day IP Ban - 30 Day IP Ban - Permanent IP Ban - Each punishment will result in an Economy Wipe]
